Shout out to 7L and Esoteric. I’ve known them for a long time from the Boston and rap scene and they are still doing their thing and have a new project Czarface 2 with Wu-Tang Clan’s “Inspecta Deck” and the first single, “Deadly Class” just dropped from it. Here’s their first single, “Be Alert” that sampled the Transformers theme so I added some Transformers Gifs. I had made a video of this before I got skilled with MVGEN so this one is a lot better.
Alien Ant Farm “Smooth Criminal” Grand Theft Auto Video
I always liked Alien Ant Farm’s cover of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” so I thought it would be nice to make a video with some Grand Theft Auto gifs to fit the criminal theme. Enjoy people.

Tracy Chapman “Fast (And Furious) Car” MVGEN Video
So instead of watching the new “Fast And Furious” movie, all you need to do is watch this video and get all the action from the last 7 FF movies without all the boring plot points. And it’s set to a dope remix of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car.” What else do you need?

A-ha x Quad City DJs “Slam One Me” MVGEN Video
For some reason, people love making mashups of Quad City DJ’s “Space Jam.” Here’s a good one with Aha’s “Take On Me.” I used the pencil effect because it was the same one used in Aha’s video and put in SpaceJam and MichaelJordan as keywords.

Gucci Mane “Mama (Sometimes You Win Noisey Atlanta Theme)”
Thanks to the Noisey Atlanta web series, I had this song stuck in my head before I knew who it was by because they kept playin the hook “Sometimes you win, sometimes, you lose. The played it on the last episode and it’s my favorite Gucci Mane song so far. I could talk about Gucci Mane and Noisey later but I decided to use this song to test out our new Static filter.

MF Doom And Flying Lotus “Masquatch” MVGEN Video
Okay so it looks like the internet got April Fooled by Facts Magazine claiming that underground favorite rapper MF Doom and up and coming producer Flying Lotus had an album coming out. But have no fear they do have a song together “Masquatch” and MVGEN made a video for it. No April fools here just good music with good visuals.

Ragga Twins “Badman” Skrillex Remix MVGEN Video
Back in the 90s my homie Alan Gordon has a show on Columbia University’s WKCR that played Jungle music, which combined Drum And Bass, Techno and Jamaican Dancehall. Today deejays like Skrillex and Diplo with Major Lazer seem to have been influenced by Jungle a lot and mix Dancehall with EDM which is kind of like Techno and Drum and Bass. This is Skrillex’s remix to Jungle group Ragga Twins “Badman.” Shouts to Major Lazer’s “Walshy Fire” who makes a cameo in the video thanks to MVGEN.

Beyonce “Bulletproof Wonderwoman” MVGEN Video
So if found this real cool mashup of Beyonce’s “Grown Woman” with La Roux “Bulletproof” and Clean Bandit’s “Stronger” so I thought it would be cool to make a video with Wonderwoman because she is a grown, stronger bulletproof woman.

Johnny Cash And Eazy-E “Folsom Prison Gangstaz”
Johnny Cash could be categorized as gansta country and his line from “Folsom Prison Blues,” “I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die” is as gansta as any rap lyric. Someone made a cool mashup of the man in black, with the man in the Black hat, Eazy-E, so I made a video for it.

White Kong “Rob Ford” MVGEN Video
Okay so we might be a little late to the party on this one but it’s still a great parody song and Rob Ford is still funny as hell, even if he isn’t in the news like he used to be. I wanted to do this parody of Jay-Z’s “Tom Ford” but never got around to it so I’m glad Canada’s finest, White Kong did it.
